Hot and cold stone massage is a magical experience where I use the stones as I would use my hands, and work them into your muscles to create an amazing massage experience. This massage technique penetrates deeply and is extremely detoxifying.

Relaxation

This focuses on providing general relaxation, relieving muscle tension and improving blood circulation. The primary goal is to assist you in escaping and taking quality time to recover from the stresses of everyday life.

Deep Tissue

My deep tissue massage techniques are used to relieve the pain associated with muscle tension, scar tissue, inflammation, limited range of motion and so much more.
