My name is Kristen Kastl, and I want to thank you for your time and interest in learning more about me and the services I provide. It is my passion to facilitate healing using my expertise and skills. I am a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, Tarot Reader, and Reiki Master.
Background
In 1997, I graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork (MSMB) with certifications in relaxation and deep tissue massage. Thereafter, MSMB asked me to return as an instructor. I taught Connective Tissue, Communication and Boundaries, and Advance Intuitive Awareness. I have enjoyed helping others find healing for over 30 years. Prior to opening my business in 2002, I worked for numerous salons and spas.

In addition to my certifications, I have continued my training in many other modalities.

I have taken Hot Basalt and Cold Marble Stone Massage training from the best trainers in both Arizona and Chicago. I am passionate and take this modality to a form of artistic mastery that will make you melt like butter. I love the healing benefits of this organic massage so intently that I wrote curriculum and taught subsequent classes for five years in the upper Midwest.

In order to strengthen my natural intuitive Tarot abilities, I have taken classes from Richard Knight through the Tarot Academy. This has taken my skills to a new level and allowed me to follow my childhood dream.

I also implement my experience as a Reiki Master by using tuning forks in my amazing and healing Reiki Sessions. I am very skilled at Chakra Assessment and can give valuable information regarding what your energetic body may need while providing practical advice on how to achieve it.

In addition, I use and enjoy sharing the Young Living Essential Oils, which I use for all massages. I also have a Cold Scalar Laser I use by itself or during treatments as an add on.
